2 Hour Learning model was created and used at a private school in Austin, Texas. Over the last decade, 2 Hour Learning students consistently score in the top 10% nationally.
During pandemic summer, Prequel was founded to run entrepreneur camps for kids. Today, Prequel has helped thousands of kids launch projects that have raised millions of dollars, land elite speaking engagements, and premier documentaries, Broadway musicals, and global communities.
2 Hour Learning and Prequel partner to launch The Novatio School promising kids not only academic mastery in 2 hours a day and afternoon life skill workshops, but a love of school.

Kelsey Allee brings over a decade of experience in education, ranging from classroom teaching to school leadership, with a deep passion for creating transformative learning environments where students feel seen, challenged, and inspired.
Kelsey is dedicated to supporting students, families, and staff through a school model that prioritizes personalized learning, purpose-driven projects, and the power of educational choice. She believes that when students are engaged in meaningful work and guided by caring mentors, they thrive—not just academically, but as whole people
Outside of school, Kelsey lives on a ranch with her family and a lively menagerie of over 30 animals, including horses, ducks, goats, and dogs.
JP has been teaching kids in grades 4-8 for the last 3 years. Prior to that, he has worked as a content creator for one of the best esports teams in the world, a professor at the best-ranked university in Portugal, an owner of a best-selling Leopard Gecko business, and built a Youtube and TikTok channel with millions of views. JP shares his zest. for life and a deep curiosity for what the world has to offer. He leads by example and is the role model who shows kids that you can do anything you put your mind to.
Katarina began her career running school programs for UBC’s Engineering Outreach, delivering hands-on STEM training to 20,000+ students and teachers each year. She later joined On Deck, building programs for early-career professionals in tech. For the past 3 years, she’s led Programming at Prequel, designing curriculum that helps middle and high school students launch ambitious real-world projects.
Hasina has experience working in the private and public sectors of education across the world in Uganda, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Japan, Kenya, Tajikistan, India, Afghanistan, UK, Jordan, Switzerland, France, and Canada. Hasina works day to day with students and motivates them to achieve their personal goals, build community, and develop skills that will enable them to succeed in the world.
